FIDIC TRAINING COURSES MODULES 1 & 2
(750 Eur equivalent per module)

The practical use of 1999 FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction & Plant & Design Build (Module 1), and Management of claims, understanding, defending and achieving the claims resolution, and the workings of the Dispute Adjudication Board and Arbitration (Module 2).
Although focused on the 1999 edition of the FIDIC book contracts, the course will also present the main features of the 2017 edition of the Red & Yellow books, and the main changes brought by this recent update to the 1999 Edition.
This course is quality management training for engineers and other professionals who are managing and executing 1999/2017 FIDIC Contracts.

FIDIC EPC/TURNKEY TRAINING COURSE - MODULE 5
(900Eur equivalent)

The course will provide a thorough understanding of the FIDIC EPC/Turnkey form of contract (otherwise known as the “Silver Book”). For example background to EPC/Turnkey projects and their specific features. The manner in which the Silver Book approaches these features will be compared to and contrasted with the approach taken by the more traditional FIDIC contract forms

FIDIC PROCUREMENT PROCESSES COURSE
(750.00 Eur equivalent)

The training covers the procurement of engineering and building works for projects of all sizes and complexities. It emphasises the importance of preliminary investigation and studies before a construction or other engineering project is undertaken, and the development of a realistic project strategy for its realisation.
It also provides essential guidance on the underlying concepts and philosophy of procurement, and the planning necessary to form a sound basis for the forthcoming project.
It will explain how the project strategy should be developed, as this will govern all subsequent stages of the process.

FIDIC CONTRACTS TRAINING COURSES - MODULES 3 & 4
(900 Eur equivalent, per module)

The training course provides the necessary knowledge for professionals from Government Ministries and Agencies, Private Sector Employers, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Legal Advisers and all involved with the implementation and management of large Works Contracts. It is particularly important to those involved in preparing or managing infrastructure projects financed under MDBs' Funds, the EU Cohesion and Structural Funds, as all their Works Contracts use the FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
